This 5 ingredient berry smoothie is the perfect breakfast for those busy mornings when your rushing out the door. Packed with protein, this will get you through the morning and be the perfect start to your day.
Quick, easy and super healthy, this smoothies is loaded with fiber, vitamins and protein. This is also gluten-free and no added sugar, with the banana and berries adding a natural sweetness to the smoothie.
Frozen berries can be used in this recipe but fresh are best.This smoothie makes two servings in less than 5 minutes!! Also great to have between meals as well.
Berry Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup fresh blueberries
- ¾ cup fresh blackberries
- 11 Tbsp package plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup vanilla trim milk or soy milk
- 1 whole banana
Method:
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds, stir and blend for an another 30 seconds.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Top Tip: You can bag the fruit ingredients together and freeze them, making instant smoothie packs for an even quicker make.
